We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your Pedaltrain product doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned electronics and mounting hardware must be in original, resaleable condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the RMA process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all power cables, brackets, and hook-and-loop fasteners are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
