How do I determine which pedalboard size is right for my setup?
We recommend measuring your pedals including the space needed for patch cables. Our online 'Pedalboard Planner' tool allows you to virtually arrange your gear to find the perfect fit between our Nano, Metro, Classic, and Terra series.
Are mounting brackets included for power supplies?
Many of our larger models include universal mounting brackets. For specialized high-output power supplies, we offer specific mounting kits sold separately to ensure a secure, flush fit under your board.
What is the standard shipping time for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via ground carriers usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for electronic accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that adhesive hook-and-loop tape must not have been applied to the board to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping for your products?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the aluminum chassis and your specific destination.
Is there a warranty on the soft cases and tour cases?
All Pedaltrain products come with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers zippers and stitching on soft cases, as well as the structural integrity of our professional-grade tour cases.
